  Greatest for taking forever on the simplest things. Waited 20 minutes on a milkshake when large orders were being handed out around me? Went there with survey receipt from another McDonald's and store manager refused to honor. I called McDonald's on Fayetteville st and they waif they would gladly honor. Both stores are ran by same people MCDONALD'S CORPORATE! 2 days later store manager called my phone said that market didn't accept those coupons. I had called corporate and they had told me she was required to accept that coupon. She must have known this. ..how else did she get my phone number? She pretty much called me a liar and was very condescending and rude with me on the phone. She needs to let someone with customer service experience run that store. I rarely hear anything good about that place. Too bad is closest to my house but I'll drive few miles for the respect I deserve as paying customer
