Then they will claim they didn't take the card over the phone and that they didn't charge your card at all. I have a charge on my card and it was supposed to have been cancelled but it is not. Also, I was hung up on while trying to resolve the issue. The ONLY female that answers the phone or takes calls claims she didn't even take the order in the first place. My bank charge clearly states Zheng S China House Asheboro. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON TOP OF THAT. I will be contacting my bank first thing in the morning to report an unauthorized transaction. Apparently this isn't the first time.August 26, 2016
