  Went here for the first time with my Girlfriend and I got smothered chicken with peppers and onions and she got the everyday special combo which consisted of baby catfish, fried shrimp, hush puppies, and mash potatoes and slaw and she said the best part of the dish was the the coleslaw. And my dish was okay mash potatoes were very bland but I think they do it purposely for people that like stuff like that a certain way so you can put salt and pepper on it or whatever when you get it. But I give it 3 stars because the service was exceptional but the food was okay.

  ...Everyone finally tired of eating at all the same restaurants on fast food alley by the high school? Well it's time to take a moment and have a good sit down meal with your family in a well decorated and well staffed restaurant! After your kind waiter or waitress grabs your parties drink order and not long after that your placing your amazing and mouth watering order...They go and do exactly what you don't expect them to...They bring your fresh and hot food right out to your table and you realize you haven't been there long at all and here you are with the whole family and already are blessing your food and giving thanks! Price wise your in luck being that there are so many specials daily!
